Hypocrisy at its finest
Tomorrow we are all dreading a visit from the President. He is going to the National Renewable Energy Lab which is unfortunetly across the street and within a half block of where I work. We are all taking bets on if we will be able to get to work on time or leave on time and if they will declare part of our parking lot off limits. Right, but I digress - So the day after he got done with his state of the union address this fine president decided, after saying he supports alternative fuel resources, to cut funding ( around 40 jobs to hear the complaints from around the area) at the NREL. Suddenly, the day before his visit the funding has been reinstated. Seems the talk about people all doing a sick out and perhaps picketing maybe worked? I guess we will really know the day after he leaves. Wonder if the funding will dry up again suddenly.

I was just sorry to have missed the hour they were there. I should have gone out and read the signs but alas I for once had work to do
