Where the Will is Strong

     I am amazed at the things I am hearing about my co-worker. He is starting to recover a bit. They still have him in a coma but he is there because he refused to let the ventilator do his breathing for him. He has a very strong will and no matter how he comes out of this he will be bound and determined to go further than anyone thinks is possible.

     I compare that to other people in my life who can't think of making any changes for fear of the unknown - even if the changes are for the best. I know which one I would rather be like. Some are afraid of living and others can't imagine letting go.
