This Just In
Unlike my bags which will not be anywhere near me until 10:30 tonight. I had a chat with a snippy service agent and then her manager, and they will be reimbursing me for the items I have had to buy while waiting for my bags. I haven't had bags lost before and well it really kinda sucks.

Like you, I'm astonished that they managed to misplace your bags on a one-hour direct flight.
I mean, if they had lost ALL of them, it would actually make MORE sense -- the whole batch ended up on the wrong plane or something, but... 2 out of three? What the heck is going on there?
Anyway, glad you got it straighted out, and likewise that you're making them pay, pay, pay.
