What I learned today
In regards to having followers the progression is minion who is above a toady. Minions generally get paid and are useful. A toady is above a lackey. A toady aspires to be a toady and the usefulness is debatable. A lackey is really not all that bright but perhaps tries hard? I hear a rumor that a chart exists with lips and bums but it has yet to materialize.

Where do peons fit into all this?
I am not sure I will have to bug my co-worker about the chart again. He's old and forgetful.
