101 Ways to Skin a Chicken

It's the name of the cooking class that my developer and I have signed up for tonight. It should be interesting. She brought me an apron because she knew I wouldn't think of it, how sweet is that?

I have a very busy afternoon ahead of me and I am ever so hopeful that by the time the day is complete I will have a new couch, dining room set and know many more ways of preparing chicken. I'll settle for even two out of three.
